At Northern Supply Co., every item is made to order through our Canadian print partners. Because of this, we do not keep inventory on hand and cannot accept general returns or exchanges due to size, fit, or preference.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

A clear photo of the issue in the unworn/unused garment or item
Send your message to lightsideclothing@gmail.com. Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund through our production partner.
