Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted across networks.
Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
SECTION 3 – PRODUCTS, PRICING & AVAILABILITY
All products are printed on demand in Canada and shipped directly from Canadian print partners.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time.
Colours and images displayed on your device may differ slightly from actual printed results.
We currently ship exclusively within Canada to maintain stable pricing, avoid international duties or tariffs, and ensure that all purchases support Canadian production.
New products will only be added when they become available through Canadian facilities. We refuse to compromise our commitment to remaining a Canadian-printed and distributed brand simply to offer products sourced elsewhere.
SECTION 4 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, or contact you if issues arise with billing or fulfillment.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store integrates with Shopify and Printify and various local print companies to produce and ship products. These third-party providers each have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their actions but ensure that we only partner with trusted Canadian print facilities and avoid all out of country fulfillment and production to the absolute best of our means.
SECTION 6 – SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
Orders are produced after purchase and typically ship within 2–5 business days, with delivery in 3–8 business days across Canada.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and product weight. Multiple items may ship separately.
SECTION 7 – WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All products are sold “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
In no case shall Northern Supply Co. or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
SECTION 8 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any related policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the province of British Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
